IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DINNER RESERVATIONS:
It is imperative that the restaurant is notified at least 24 hours in advance, if the number of guests in your party is different from the number of guests given at the time the reservation was made. Due to the fact that Cucina Vitale features an intimate dining room with limited seating, dinner seating is planned by staff ahead of time very specifically to maximize the number of guests we may serve each evening. Therefore, if we are not notified of changes to your party, you will be charged the dinner check average, which is $30, for each person not in attendance. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, as well as for your continued patronage.
Please plan for your entire party to arrive promptly at the time of your dinner reservation. Reservations are timed and spaced in a way that best accomodates all guests and allows Chef Frank to prepare all menu items in a timely manner.
PLATING FEE: If a guest chooses to bring their own dessert into our establishment, they will incur a $3 per person plating fee, since we do offer a dessert menu. As a courtesy, our servers will plate and serve the dessert.
* There is a $10 Split Plate Fee during Dinner if guests choose to share a main entree.
