As our business evolves, so do new policies and information that we need to share with you, our valued guests!  



It is imperative that the restaurant is notified at least 24 hours in advance, if the number of guests in your party is different from the number of guests given at the time the reservation was made.  Due to the fact that Cucina Vitale features an intimate dining room with limited seating, dinner seating is planned by staff ahead of time very specifically to maximize the number of guests we may serve each evening.  Therefore, if we are not notified of changes to your party, you will be charged the dinner check average, which is $30, for each person not in attendance.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, as well as for your continued patronage. 

Please plan for your entire party to arrive promptly at the time of your dinner reservation.  Reservations are timed and spaced in a way that best accomodates all guests and allows Chef Frank to prepare all menu items in a timely manner. 

**NEW YEAR'S EVE 2019**

Seatings will be at 5pm, 6pm, 7:30pm, & 8:30pm. We will offer a special holiday menu that is $75 per person and includes all corkage fees & beverages, but does not include Tax or Gratuity.  For reservations, please contact Jenn via phone or email, or text at 412-419-7386. 


Course I: Fresh Baked Bread Served w/Dipping Oils & Olives

Course II:  Appetizer Platter (Beans & Greens, Mozzarella Pomodoro, & Meatballs)

Course III: Choice of Lobster Bisque, Casa Salad, or Caesar Salad

Course IV:  Choice of One of the Following Entrees (All Entrees Served w/Rosemary Roasted Potatoes & Vegetable)

- Grilled Veal Chop w/Prosciutto &  Fontina Cheese Topped w/an aged Balsamic Glaze

- Filet & Twin Lobster Tails

-Frutti De Mare w/Red or White Clam Sauce

- Chilean Sea Bass w/Scallops Topped w/a Lemon & Caper Compound Butter

- Crab cakes

Course V: Dessert Platter (Tiramisu, Lemon Marscapone Cheesecake w/Berry Sauce, & Toasted Almond Torte)
